Clause on the Protection of Personal Data

The user is informed of and expressly consents to the inclusion of his or her data, including e-mail addresses and mobile telephone numbers, in data filing systems under the responsibility of GECESA (La Casa Encendida), and likewise to the processing of this data, computerized or otherwise, which shall be processed solely for the purpose of handling enquiries addressed to La Casa Encendida.

Users shall inform GECESA (La Casa Encendida) of any modifications to their personal data. GECESA (La Casa Encendida) shall not be held liable for any consequences which might affect the user as a result of his or her lack of diligence in updating the data concerned.
This consent is granted without prejudice to users' rights accorded by data protection legislation, and in particular to the ability to freely exercise their rights to oppose, access, rectify or cancel the data and to withdraw their authorisation without retroactive effect, which may be exercised by writing to La Casa Encendida (Ronda de Valencia 2, 28012 - Madrid).
