Personal Data Protection Clause. In accordance with the data protection act prevailing in Spain, the participant(s) are expressly informed and are expressly aware of the inclusion of their data, including their e-mail, in the personal data files held under the responsibility of CAJA MADRID, as well as the treatment, computerised or otherwise, thereof by CAJA MADRID for commercial, financial, operational and statistical purposes, and they expressly authorise CAJA MADRID to perform risk valuations and to extract and store the data and perform marketing studies in order to adapt their commercial offers to each participant’s specific profile. Moreover, the participant(s) are hereby informed of Caja Madrid’s obligation to provide the CIRBE (Bank of Spain’s risk information centre) with their data and credit risks, and also to allow them to consult these and give their consent for Caja Madrid to preserve their data once all contractual relationship with the participant(s) has ended, for a period of eighteen months in order to comply with legal obligations and send commercial information. The participant(s) also provide their express consent for their data to be passed on for use for the aforementioned purposes by other Caja Madrid Group Entities, so that they may be used by these in activities related with their registered activity, such as finance, real estate and insurance. The participant(s) are informed that this communication is made at the same time to the Entities whose registered name and activity is listed in the annual report of the Caja Madrid Group, which is available at the branch offices and also online, here: www.cajamadrid.es/empresasdelgrupo.htm. In this regards, CAJA MADRID and the Group Entities are hereby authorised to use the data to send the participant(s) by any means commercial information relating to any goods, products or services they sell or finance, directly or indirectly, both in the present or in the future. The personal data provided by the participant(s) to the file manager are obligatory for the contracting of this product. CAJA MADRID guarantees that all personal data contained in this document shall be used for the purposes, in the form and with the limitations and entitlements of the Spanish Data Protection Act 15/1999. This consent is granted without prejudice to all the rights to which you are entitled in virtue of the aforementioned regulation and especially the possibility of freely exercising the right to oppose, access and inform, rectify or cancel their data and revoke their authorisation without retroactive effects.
