The ÍDEM Festival is back, packed with amazing proposals for 2016 that invite us to empathise with those around us, guided by artists with very different ideas, languages and talents: artistic projects created in, by, for, from and with the community.

From 20 to 23 October, La Casa Encendida will host the second she makes noise festival, an annual event that shines a spotlight on the work of women artists in electronic music, sound experimentation and edgy cinema. This year's festival will feature appearances by some of the leading names on the international electronic stage.

From 2 July to 28 August, La Casa Encendida hosts the Magnetic Terrace, an exciting programme of summer film screenings, concerts and much more to enjoy under the open sky, against the backdrop of Madrid's stunning sunsets and vibrant nightlife. What better way to spend the summer?

From 10 to 12 June, we'll be hosting the second edition of Princesses and Darthvaders, putting humour and creativity with a feminine slant back on the guerrilla warpath. Featuring appearances by Patricia Sornosa, Nikki García (El Mundo Today), Andrea Compton, Sara Hebe and the collective Cosita Seria Sistema de Sonido, among others.
