Whether on stage, on an album or in a collaboration, rRoxymore’s musical ideas move at such high speed and frequency that it can be hard to keep up. In addition to working with pioneering labels like Timedance and Ostgut Ton, rRoxymore has found a home as a key artist on the UK label Don't Be Afraid, for which she has released albums that capture dance music’s history and complex future. Aspiring to reach larger and more diverse audiences through her music, but with the same clarity of vision and desire to experiment, rRoxymore continues to define herself simply as an artist outside of common boundaries and a constantly evolving producer with something authentic to express.
rRoxymore’s compelling and psychedelic DJ sets have taken her to some of the world’s most respected club spaces, including Berghain, Concrete, De School, Fabric and MOMA’s PS1 series, as well as various dance and experimental festivals such as Unsound, Mira, Nuits Sonores, Dimensions, Mutek and Freerotation.
