Changing Our World: Ideas for New Times

According to the United Nations, more than 265 million boys and girls are not in school. Even though the last decade has seen school enrolment rates grow and the illiteracy level decline, especially among women and girls, there are still 57 million boys and girls of primary school age who are out of school.
