Ignacio Ramonet reflects on the current situation of our planet. Faced with widespread environmental alarm and the climate emergency, more and more people are becoming aware of the urgent need to act and stop our headlong rush towards destruction. Are there really things we can do to avoid a definitive climate disaster? The answer is yes.

In this talk, organised to coincide with the opening of the exhibition Planeta Tierra: nuestros grandes desafíos [Planet Earth: Our Major Challenges], we will explore ways of saving the planet.

Ignacio Ramonet is editor-in-chief of Le Monde diplomatique (Spanish edition) and chairman of Mémoire des Luttes.

Coordinated by: Le Monde diplomatique (Spanish edition) and Fundación Mondiplo.
