Lecture by Jorge Hernández, Vice-president of Slow Food Aragón. Slow Food is an association that promotes a "new cuisine" as an expression of identity and culture.

Slow Food defends the pleasure of eating and reflects on the education of taste and the right to enjoy food with a new sense of responsibility, considering the importance of maintaining a balanced ecosystem, protecting biodiversity and making an ethical commitment to producers.
