A course registration can only be cancelled by the registered individual, either in person at the information desk or by writing to email@example.com
Courses/workshops with direct booking may be cancelled up to 15 days before they begin, in which case 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
Courses/workshops involving a pre-selection process may be cancelled up to 7 days before they begin, in which case 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
Registration fees will not be refunded if cancellations are made less than 15 days (for direct-booking courses) or 7 days (for pre-selection courses) in advance of the course/workshop start date, or if a student decided to drop out of the course/workshop once it has begun, or for reasons of illness or extenuating circumstances.
La Casa Encendida reserves the right to cancel the workshop/course or change the advertised dates and times depending on the number of people who have signed up, in which case you will be informed of how the payment will be refunded.

Courses & Workshops with pre-selection process
Applicants must submit additional documentation: CV, motivation letter or proof that the applicant falls within the course/workshop's target age group or other group. Any other required documents will be specified.
Participants will be selected from among all applicants who submitted their request within the specified timeframe.
The list of selected participants will be published 10 days before the course/workshop begins, and they will have 5 days to pay the fee and confirm their place. It is the applicants' responsibility to verify their admission to the workshop, either online or by phone.
Selected participants must pay to confirm their booking.
Requests and documentation can be submitted from the moment a course or workshop is published, either by booking online at lacasaencendida.es or in person at the information desk, until 15 days before the course/workshop begins.
If payment is not made within the specified timeframe, the place will automatically be made available to other applicants.
