We’re happy to announce, in partnership with the British Council, the next instalment of this series, which offers a different approach to science by organising debates in a relaxed, welcoming setting. On this occasion, under the title "Constructions", we will discuss sustainable cities, a pressing need for our planet.

Each Café Scientifique meeting is an opportunity to discuss the latest scientific issues in a more informal and welcoming setting than a conventional lecture, inviting the audience to actively participate in the debate. After the success of previous editions, we've decided to organise these cafés on "Constructions" as part of our ongoing "Sustainable Cities" series. We will look at examples of British and Spanish cities that have proved it is possible to design better living conditions and give their inhabitants a brighter future.
