After being fired from his job at a supermarket in Buenos Aires, Exe spends the days stripping before a webcam with his friends to make a few extra pesos. Something similar happens to Alf in the capital of Mozambique and to Cahn in the dense jungle on the Philippine island of Bohol.

Eduardo Williams was born in Buenos Aires. After presenting his shorts at Cannes, FID Marseille, BAFICI and Transcinema, he made his feature debut with The Human Surge at the Locarno Film Festival, where it took first place in the Filmmakers of the Present competition and won second prize for Best Debut Feature.
