In an apocalyptic Mexico, Mariano spends his days distilling and drinking bootleg alcohol in a house he aspires to turn into a womb-like cavern. When the siblings Lucio and Fauna stumble across it, they ask Mariano to take them in. An impressive debut and a disturbingly dark allegory of Mexico.
Emiliano Rocha Minter (b. Mexico City, 1990) is an interdisciplinary Mexican artist who began his career at age sixteen. Since then, he has worked on over twenty films as a photographer, producer and director of photography
