The biggest novelty of this year's Libros Mutantes fair is a new space devoted to the French indie publishing industry.

"Atlas : France" is a unique space where visitors can enjoy a reading room stocked with art books and discover the work of today's most innovative French graphic designers in the exhibition Graphisme Now. The Kiosque section will also return this year to become the beating heart of La Casa Encendida with presentations and DJ sets.
Salon de Lecture
This reading room will host French publishers like T&P Publishing, 1980 Éditions, Tombolo Presses, Éditions Empire, Immixtion Books, Le Quartier, Verlag für moderne Kunst, <o> future <o>, &: Christophe Daviet-Thery, Frac Île-de-France and many more.
Exhibition Graphisme Now
During "Atlas : France", in addition to the Salon de Lecture and Kiosque, Room A will house the exhibition Graphisme Now: New Approaches, New Graphic Artists, curated by Maryline Vallez and Vincent Hoym. First presented one year ago at the Centre Pompidou’s Bibliothèque Publique d'Information, this updated version of the show features the work of France's most contemporary graphic designers. It reveals the wide variety of formats being used today and the desire to revamp this genre through collaborations with artists, galleries, publishers or cultural institutions. The exhibition features Bizzarri & Rodriguez, Côme de Bouchony, Building Paris, Pilote, Coline Sunier & Charles Mazé, S-y-n-d-i-c-a-t, Spassky Fischer, Large and Pierre Vanni.

Kiosque
Following the success of Quiosco at the last edition of Libros Mutantes, this year we're bringing it back in French. The mutant Kiosque section will host presentations and become the beating heat of La Casa Encendida at night with its DJ sets.

- Friday 21 – 8:30 pm. Kiosque intervention + Krikor DJ Set Côme de Bouchony and Marc Armand will create an intervention in the space before Krikor hits the turntables.
- Saturday 22 – 1 pm. Maryline Vallez (Courtyard of La Casa Encendida) Maryline Vallez, curator of the Graphisme Now exhibition, will review the work of the ten participating graphic designers and talk about how the show has evolved since its debut at the Bpi.
- Saturday 22 – 9 pm. Presentation and DJ Battle: Spain - France Official launch of the Libros Mutantes publication España - France [Spain-France], featuring selected French and Spanish designers as well as iconic figures and the most experimental projects. The presentation will be followed by a DJ battle between musicians from both countries. When the battle ends, join us for the official Libros Mutantes After-Party at Sala Caracol with Toxe, Mobilegirl and Followback.
