In 2019, we’ll learn that the urban doesn’t just come from the street. Rising from the depths of the internet, the artists who will set the night on fire at Puwerty represent the immediate future of urban music. In his first Madrid performance, Rojuu will take trap to another dimension. And, coming to us straight from 2034, Luna Ki will turn the grand finale into a Japanese anime scene.

Duration: 2 hours
  • Rojuu (8 pm)

Imagine a Kurt Cobain who grew up in Barcelona on the trap music scene, and you get an idea of Rojuu’s style. An artist born in 2003 who lives in the Raval district, Rajuu was raised in the depths of YouTube culture. His music began to enjoy greater popularity after the release of his song “Nintendo” in 2017.

  • Luna Ki (9 pm)

Luna Gorriz, born in Barcelona to a Cuban family, is a clear example of the new generation of creative youth who move between disciplines with confidence and ease. A self-described nomad, we might say that Luna Ki’s current home is cyberspace.

The entire Puwerty festival will be covered by Bam Bam, the radio and music workshop project of La Casa Encendida and Colectivo CHICA, which aims to shine a spotlight on the presence of women and members of the LGBTQI+ community in music.
