The Fringes Festival, in partnership with Madrid City Council and La Casa Encendida, has organised this interdisciplinary seminar to reflect on and debate today's audiovisual overload—a space for meditating on how that glut affects politics, culture, identity and society. The central theme of this first seminar is #HYPERVISIBILITY.
