Two winners were chosen for the Inbox 2022 competition: A disfrutar disfrutonas [Enjoy Enjoyees], in which the collective EdredonLab reflects on self-care with an evening pyjama party, and The Rise and Fall of Content y Contenido, a hybrid piece that blends the spoken word with the ability to concentrate in a Tik Tok feed and a memorable Interrail experience.

Duration: 5 hours 30 minutes
  • A disfrutar disfrutonas. With EdredonLab

A disfrutar disfrutonas is a day dedicated to tired people who take a nap before lunch, follow guided meditations and drink herbal teas for a good night’s sleep. It's also for vain people who have a bedtime skincare routine; and for those who get their kicks out of girl/guy nights with pizza, nail polish on tap and the film Mean Girls playing in the background.

The project is presented as a type of “pyjama party”, featuring different activities on themes related to rest, fatigue and ways of creating leisure in a space for conversation and reflection. It will question whether it is possible to maintain these types of self-care routines in a system where precariousness and exhaustion are the norm, leaving no free time for looking after oneself. The participants will imagine and develop ways of helping one another in this context.

  • The Rise and Fall of Content y Contenido. With Lucía Vives and Ingeborg Kraft Fermín

“Content” and “Contenido” are the alter egos of Lucía Vives and Ingeborg Kraft Fermín. They define themselves as artners, or partners in art. Content y Contenido activate their universe through performances and installations, using overstimulation or the sensory overload caused by the avalanche of information that reaches us. What might happen when the pop culture that surrounds us becomes a living document? The duo's performance contains myriad references to the culture in which they have grown up, from falling in love at first sight with skaters to queer philosophy, through club culture and Y2K iconography or the aesthetic of the 2000s.
