Lua Cão is an experimental exercise resulting from the intersection of the works of Alexandre Estrela and João Maria Gusmão + Pedro Paiva originally presented by the Zé dos Bois Gallery in an old sawmill.

With this morphology, Lua Cão is formed as a performative cinema originating in a mechanical vision, which challenges the usual perspective in pursuit of an immersive experience like a panoscope.
