Highlights and Shadows on the Hunger Map

First session of the series. 2016 is a key year for analysing successes and failures in the fight to end hunger, as the deadline set for achieving the Millennium Development Goals. Years ago, 189 countries pledged to halve the percentage of hungry people in the world, but today that commitment is still unfulfilled. Only 72 countries have met the target, and 9 are close to doing so.
