The first night of Electrónica en el Club places reggaeton at the centre, reclaiming it as a collective language and a space for affirmation.
The night begins with a rhythm that asks for no permission. Reggaeton and its variations take the spotlight without the need for justification, in a programme designed to dance the present with intensity. Sweat becomes a shared language. Dropping low to the floor is a way of occupying space without translation. Gazes dissolve and bodies no longer need to explain themselves.
Setting the pace are Cachetona with her sharp and contagious sets; Genosidra, bringing frontal energy and rhythmic tension; and Rosa Pistola, an international reference in reggaeton and Latin electronic music—all specialists in setting any dance floor on fire.
A night in which music becomes a common language capable of generating immediate connections and activating the space through collective movement, free from hierarchies or normative expectations about how the dance floor should be inhabited.
La Cachetona
A DJ and artist born in Mexico City and based in Madrid, La Cachetona understands the dance floor as both a ritual and futuristic space. Her sets combine ancestral sensuality, powerful bass and percussion that activate the body through somatic memory. Somewhere between sci-fi and Latin American roots, she builds sonic landscapes where dance, technology and ritual intertwine.
Genosidra
Genosidra is the alias of Colombian producer and DJ Carlos Quebrada, based in Barcelona. His work merges Latin American rhythms with extreme digital experimentation, distortion and mysticism. A member of the Hiedrah Club de Baile label and author of the album Haxan Tek (2024), his sets are not mixed but rather invoked, articulating club music, trance and sonic friction.
Rosa Pistola
From Mexico, Rosa Pistola has redefined underground reggaeton, taking it into territories where it previously had no place. Her sets move through guaracha, tribal, cumbia and dembow without softening their rawness or bodily intensity. She turns the dance floor into a space where the popular and the experimental coexist without hierarchy, amplifying the intensity of perreo on a global scale.
